The review site is a single web page listing every extranet decision (Stages 1–10)
with a live pricing & payout calculator. You read each item, mark it, and leave a comment.
Then you export your feedback as a file and send it back. There is no login and
no server database — so a few things about how your feedback is saved are worth understanding before you start.
1How your feedback is stored
Everything you mark is saved inside your own browser (a feature called
localStorage) on the device you're using. Nothing is sent to the server, and reviewers
do not see each other's answers. That's why the final step is always
Export — exporting is how your feedback actually leaves your browser.
The one rule that matters: do your whole review in
one browser on one device, and click Export before you finish.
Don't assume it syncs — it doesn't.
2Who's who — the roles
The decisions refer to these roles. Hover (or tap on mobile) any role to see
what it means.
RepThe sales representative who onboards a hotel. Whoever starts an onboarding owns it, sets the property type, and stays the owning rep — even if the territory later changes.
Sales managerThe rep's manager. Escalations and certain onboarding flags are raised to the sales manager (and admin) for a decision.
HotelierThe hotel owner / partner on the extranet. Signs the agreement (Aadhaar eSign via Odoo), manages their listing, and sees a live-versus-draft preview. Existing partners can't self-add a property — their rep onboards it.
OpsOperations team. Approves changes a rep can't make alone — e.g. changing a property type after onboarding needs admin or ops approval.
AdminExtranet admin. Oversees onboarding, approves changes, and can onboard directly. The most privileged operational role in the console.
ManagementBusiness owners reviewing the overall decisions and commercial direction — part of the sign-off on this review.
FinanceConfirms the money rules — service-fee slabs, TCS (0.5%), TDS (0.1%), payouts and draft invoices. These figures are placeholders until Finance signs off.
LegalSigns off the agreement and document templates. Highlighted fields in the drafts are placeholders awaiting legal.
CAChartered Accountant. Confirms the tax treatment (TCS / TDS / GST handling) alongside Finance and legal.
MyGoZZo signatoryThe MyGoZZo authorised signatory who signs the hotelier agreement first; the hotelier then counter-signs via Aadhaar eSign.
ReviewerYou, right now — anyone using this site to mark decisions Approve / Question / Change and export feedback.
The little ⓘ marks a role with a definition. Your name as a reviewer is separate from these roles — it just labels your exported feedback.
3Steps for a reviewer
- Open the review site using the button at the top of this page, then type your name
in the top bar. Your name is saved so it's attached to everything you export.
- Go through each decision. Every item has its own link anchor (like
#d-q2-60) you can copy and paste into chat or email to point a colleague at that
exact item.
- Mark each item and add a comment where useful:

Question
Change
- Try the live calculator. You can change the service-fee slabs, TCS and TDS and watch
the payouts and draft invoices update — flag anything that looks wrong in a comment.
- Export your feedback. CSV opens in a spreadsheet; JSON
is best if your feedback will be merged with other reviewers'. Your progress stays in the browser,
so you can export again any time.
- Send the file back to whoever is collecting the review.
4Collecting everyone's feedback
Each reviewer sends back their own file. The person coordinating the review opens the site and
uses Import to merge several reviewers' JSON files into one
combined view, then exports the consolidated result. Use JSON (not CSV) for anything you intend to
merge.
Tip: because feedback is keyed by decision ID, publishing a revised
version of the page does not wipe anyone's saved answers — they line back up
against the same items.
5Good to know
• The page works offline once loaded, and falls back to system fonts if Google Fonts are blocked.
• The figures (service-fee slabs, TCS 0.5%, TDS 0.1%) and the
document templates are drafts / placeholders until Finance, legal and the CA
confirm them — that's exactly what this review is for.
• This is internal commercial material. Please keep the link within the team.
